We as the management of South Seas Distilleries & Breweries (P) Ltd is proud to introduce our establishment as the first grain alcohol distillery in Maharashtra, India. Well located in the lush green environs, this unique continuous plant is spread across 30 acres of land. Apart from the production of Grain Alcohol we also possess a compact Pot Still plant to produce the best Malt spirits. We are also known as the sourcing agents Internationally who intend to market our quality products in different parts of the world.

Unique Fermentation Technology
We are the exclusive distilling plant in India with fully stainless steel fermenters, which convert sugar into alcohol. Our storage tanks are also made of stainless steel, an advantage few others can boast of.
Mechanics of Mashing
We possess the continuous jet cooking technology which subjects the slurry (a mixture of water and flour) to specific temperatures. Cooling lovers and chilling plants help to maintain a steady hydro thermic level. Hi-tech instrumentation ensures temperature, pressure and level control which is the foundation of quality control.
Fully Automated Bottling
Fully automated washing, bottling and filling mechanism ensures prompt and highly efficient filling and labeling of bottles under totally sanitized conditions.
Maturation
The imported bourbon and sherry casks are filled with new fillings and stored in warehouses where they matter to an amber color and smooth taste.
